Almenara Golf has been recognised at the recent Golfhäftet Awards, taking second place in the ‘Players Choice Award’, which includes the best golf course, facilities, and customer service, in addition to claiming second place for ‘Best Hospitality’.

Golfhäftet is a digital booking and membership platform designed to offer consumers easier access to desirable golf courses around Europe. Each year, the site recognises its member courses with accolades based on customer reviews.

These recognitions are testament to the recent extensive remodelling project undertaken by legendary local golfer, Manuel Piñero. With its picturesque location, alongside the Los Alcornocales natural park, Almenara Golf offers a varied round, with three 9-hole circuits to choose from.

After each round played that was booked via Golfhäftet, the customer has the opportunity to evaluate their visit through a questionnaire that the platform automatically distributes. In order to be nominated for the Golfhäftet Awards, the course in question must have a minimum of 25 ratings or more in a category, and a minimum rating of 4.0 out of a maximum of 5.0.
